Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end plant HR operations.
- Handle recruitment for shop floor, staff, and supervisory positions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HRMIS.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
- Maintain HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation.
- Promote discipline and a positive work culture across the plant.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in Plant HR within the Automobile Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and factory HR practices.
- Experience in handling blue-collar workforce and industrial relations.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/ERP systems.
Preferred Candidate
- Male candidates only.
- Prior experience in an automobile manufacturing plant is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
