🚨 Hiring | Utility Manager
A leading Hygiene & Personal Care Manufacturing Company is looking for an experienced Utility Manager to lead plant maintenance and utility operations.
📍 Location: Lodhika, Rajkot, Gujarat
💰 CTC: ₹8–10 LPA
Key Responsibilities
-Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
-Ensure maximum equipment uptime and utility efficiency.
-Manage utilities including Air Compressors, Boilers, HVAC, HT/LT Electrical Systems, Water Systems, ETP/STP.
-Drive TPM, Kaizen, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordination.
-Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, EHS, and safety standards.
Preferred Industry
-Candidates from Hygiene, Personal Care, Baby Care, Feminine Hygiene, Tissue, Non-Woven, Disposable Healthcare Products, or FMCG
-Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Requirements
✔ B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
✔ 7–10 years of experience in Maintenance & Utility Operations
✔ Experience in high-speed manufacturing plants preferred
✔ Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and team management skills.
