🚨 Hiring | Maintenance / Mechanical Engineer
A leading Hygiene & Personal Care Manufacturing Company is looking for experienced Maintenance / Mechanical Engineers to ensure maximum machine uptime and efficient plant operations.
📍 Location: Lodhika, Rajkot, Gujarat
💰 CTC: ₹4–5.5 LPA
👥 Open Positions: 2
🕒 Shift: 12 Hours (Day / Night)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize machine downtime.
- Coordinate with Production teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and daily reports.
- Participate in installation, commissioning, and machine modifications.
- Monitor utility equipment and support TPM, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and plant maintenance standards.
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance machine efficiency and reliability.
Preferred Industry
Candidates from Hygiene, Personal Care, Baby Care, Feminine Hygiene, Tissue, Non-Woven, Disposable Healthcare Products, or FMCG Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Requirements
✔ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
✔ 2–5 years of experience in Maintenance within a manufacturing environment
✔ Experience in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery
✔ Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, gearbox, conveyor, and utility systems
✔ Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
✔ Willingness to work in 12-hour Day/Night shifts
