Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage reporting and operational data for telecom and infrastructure projects. The role will involve preparing MIS reports, maintaining dashboards, validating data and coordinating with different teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate and validate data from field and project teams.
- Maintain performance dashboards and KPI trackers.
- Coordinate with Technical, Finance and Field Operations teams.
- Identify data gaps, trends and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Support management with data-driven reports and analysis.
Requirements
- Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in MIS, preferably in Telecom/Infrastructure.
- Fresh graduates with strong Excel and communication skills can apply.
- Strong MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and basic Macros.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or SQL will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
