🕒 Shift: 8 Hours + 4 Hours OT
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production operations and shift activities.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Monitor machine performance, OEE and downtime.
- Handle manpower allocation and shop-floor supervision.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Planning teams.
- Ensure compliance with SOP, GMP, 5S, EHS and safety standards.
- Handle machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
- Prepare shift reports, production records and handover reports.
- Drive improvements to reduce rejection, wastage and downtime.

Requirements
✔ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical, Production, Industrial or related Engineering
✔ 4–8 years of Production/Manufacturing experience
✔ Experience in high-speed manufacturing lines preferred
✔ Strong team handling, troubleshooting and production management skills
✔ Willingness to work in rotational shifts with overtime
