Key Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate HR, Industrial Relations (IR), and Administration functions.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage employee relations, statutory compliance, and labour law matters.
• Drive performance management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
• Build strong relationships with employees, unions, and senior leadership.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in HR, Industrial Relations (IR), and Administration.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the Automotive Manufacturing (Tier 1) industry is preferred.
