📍 Location: Faridabad (Work from Office)
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years
💰 Salary: Best in Industry 8 LPA to 12 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks
- Prepare Financial Statements and MIS Reports
- Support Month-End & Year-End Closing
- Handle Billing, Invoicing & Payment Follow-ups
- Assist with US Payroll and Compliance (Preferred)
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and accounting standards
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 2–5 years of US Accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online/Desktop)
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, Reconciliations & Financial Reporting
- Good command of MS Excel
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
